Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ClaudeForEverybody governing your use of this website and your purchase of our digital products. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract under U.S. law. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. What you are buying

We sell downloadable digital products: written guides, Markdown templates, workflows, checklists, prompts, agent definitions, and example configuration files. Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods, live instruction, coaching, consulting, or ongoing service is included unless expressly stated on the product page.

3. License grant

Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased files for your own work, including inside commercial projects you or your employer build. You may adapt the templates for your own codebases.

You may not:

Team and organization-wide use requires a license for each person using the material, or a team license purchased in writing. We may terminate the license for material breach.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the products, including text, structure, design, and trademarks, is owned by ClaudeForEverybody and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. Code snippets you write using our workflows belong to you.

5. Pricing and payment

6. Delivery and access

Access is delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. If you have not received access within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact support@claudeforeverybody.com. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and store your files. We aim to keep download links available but do not guarantee indefinite hosting.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Third-party tools

Our products describe workflows for third-party software, including Claude and Claude Code by Anthropic, and integrations such as GitHub, Figma, Playwright, Notion, Linear, Sentry, Supabase, and Stripe. We are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic or any other vendor. You are responsible for your own subscriptions, API costs, credentials, and compliance with each vendor’s terms. Vendors may change their products at any time, which may affect the applicability of specific instructions.

9. No professional advice and no guarantee of results

Our products are educational. They do not constitute legal, security, financial, or professional engineering advice, and they do not guarantee bug-free code, security compliance, specific performance improvements, revenue, or any other outcome. AI-generated code must be reviewed by a qualified human before it is shipped. You remain solely responsible for what you deploy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDEFOREVERYBODY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClaudeForEverybody from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to that jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
